Activity story

Chasing Hills — Week 1 Long Run

Week 1’s long run called for 6.5 kilometres over a hilly route, and I finished with 7.18 kilometres in the legs.

The afternoon climbs made it a solid aerobic workout, but I kept the effort controlled and focused on maintaining a steady rhythm throughout. I finished in 53:21 at an average pace of 7:26/km — another valuable session completed as the Bridge to Brisbane gets closer.

This run was all about building endurance, handling the hills, and getting more time on my feet. Another strong step forward.
